The participant completes it in electronic form on the official website of the Ljubljana Wine Route. The organizer will not consider applications with reservations. The organizer reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of the participant, their products and services at the event. The organizer reserves the right to reject applications received after the final registration deadline. The minimum exhibition space that the applicant can rent is one promotional stand. The prices applicable to the event and stated in the Application and Agreement are in euros and do not include VAT. By signing this Application and Agreement, the participant acknowledges and accepts the terms of participation.       <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">2.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">USE OF DATA<\/strong><\/p><p>By submitting their data, the participant agrees that Proevent, d. o. o., as the data controller, maintains, manages and supervises the collection of personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1). The organizer processes the collected personal data for the purposes of providing information about the Slovenian Wine Festival and the Ljubljana Wine Route (program, prize draws, for sampling, surveys and statistical data processing, to determine service usage, adapt offerings and segmentation, for market research, marketing, informing about offers, news, and benefits, etc.). Personal data is obtained on the basis of consent until revoked, whereby revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the revocation was given. The individual has the right to access personal data, correction or deletion or restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner. The participant can contact the data controller, Proevent, d. o. o., at the email address <a href=\"mailto:info@proevent.si\">info@proevent.si<\/a> or by phone at 01 300 32 11 to delete or correct contacts.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">3.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE<\/strong><\/p><p>Domestic and foreign exhibitors whose exhibits correspond to the theme of the event may exhibit at the event. Trade representatives and importers may exhibit items of the companies they represent. The organizer decides on the admission of the exhibitor to the event and the allocation of exhibition space, allocating exhibition space in the best interest of the event. The exhibitor is entitled to the allocated stand; if the exhibitor places an additional table or other additional equipment next to the stand, the organizer reserves the right to issue an invoice to the exhibitor after the event for additional exhibition space. The organizer also reserves the right to allocate approximately 10% more or less exhibition space. Exhibitors do not have the right to pre-select a special location or type of exhibition space, regardless of the preferences they indicate on the application form. In spatial or temporal allocation of promotion, priority is given to participants who purchase larger packages. Any change to the allocated exhibition space must be approved by the organizer. The organizer may relocate and make other changes regarding the exhibition space. The organizer decides on these measures in the interest of the event. The organizer has the right to change the exhibition space or arrangement of exhibition space even after allocating exhibition space to the exhibitor if there is a justified reason for such measures due to special circumstances.           <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">4.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p><p>If the participant cancels this agreement, they must pay:<\/p><p>40% of the price of the rented participation package if they cancel this Application and Agreement more than 30 days before the start of the event;<\/p><p>100% of the price of the rented participation package if they cancel this Application and Agreement less than 30 days before the start of the event.<\/p><p>We accept cancellations exclusively in written form via email at <a href=\"mailto:maja.mubi@proevent.si\">maja.mubi@proevent.si<\/a>.<\/p><p>If the exhibitor does not attend the event for any reason despite registration and application, the organizer may allocate the exhibition space to another user.<\/p><p>If the organizer cannot allocate the vacant exhibition space to another user, they may redesign it at the exhibitor&#8217;s expense. In any case, the exhibitor is fully responsible for the entire rental of the exhibition space. <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">5.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">SUBMISSION OF DATA AND MATERIALS<\/strong><\/p><p>The exhibitor is required to submit data and materials by the deadline specified by the organizer in individual forms. If the exhibitor does not submit the data by the deadline or does not submit it at all, only basic data (general information) about the exhibitor will be published on the website. The organizer reserves the right to appropriately adapt the content of the description for publication on the website, but is not responsible for any errors. If the exhibitor does not submit materials that are part of their promotional package by the deadline, the organizer does not guarantee that they will be properly displayed.   <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">6.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p><p>The participant undertakes to pay for participation in the event at the prices agreed and stated in this Application and Agreement or invitation to participate. Taxes are paid by the participant at the event. The organizer undertakes to issue proforma invoices and invoices in accordance with current legislation. In case of late payment of the proforma invoice and invoice, the organizer may charge the participant statutory default interest. The participant may object to the invoice in writing within 8 days of the invoice being issued. If the participant objects to only part of the invoice, they are obliged to settle the undisputed part of the invoice within the deadline and in the manner specified in this Application and Agreement.      <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">7.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">REVOCATION OF SPACE ALLOCATION<\/strong><\/p><p>The organizer has the right to reject or cancel the Application and Agreement in the following cases: <\/p><p>if the applicant is in settlement, bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings at the time of application;<\/p><p>if the organizer has outstanding claims against the applicant from previous events (applies to all events arising from cooperation with Proevent d. o. o.);<\/p><p>if the products and services to be exhibited at the event do not correspond to the theme of the event;<\/p><p>if the exhibitor does not submit documents (point 12) at the organizer&#8217;s request.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">8.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">DATE AND VENUE OF THE EVENT<\/strong><\/p><p>If the event must be postponed, shortened or extended, or if it must be relocated, participants do not have the right to cancel participation or claim compensation for damages.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">9.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">TECHNICAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p><p>For additions to exhibition spaces (standard wooden stands) that increase the square footage of the exhibition space (e.g., an additional table next to the stand, freestanding posters that restrict visitor passage), the exhibitor must obtain written consent from the organizer no later than eight days before the event. The exhibitor must not extend beyond the allocated space when setting up the exhibition space. <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">10.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY<\/strong><\/p><p>Assembly and disassembly must be registered in advance. The deadlines for assembly and disassembly stated in the Instructions for Exhibitors must be strictly observed. If the deadline for disassembly is exceeded, the organizer is entitled to remove the exhibition space (pavilion) at the exhibitor&#8217;s expense and risk. After disassembly is complete, the exhibitor must return the space where they exhibited to its original condition. Otherwise, the exhibitor is obliged to compensate the organizer for all damages incurred. When setting up and equipping exhibition spaces during assembly and disassembly, the exhibitor or their contractor must act in accordance with regulations in the field of occupational safety and health and fire safety, with technical regulations and standards, with the general conditions of work at the event venue, and with the organizer&#8217;s instructions. The exhibitor is required to separate waste into designated collection bins. The exhibitor may not remove exhibits from the exhibition space before the end of the event. The exhibitor may leave the exhibition space early only with written permission from the organizer.         <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">11.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">WARRANTY AND INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p><p>The organizer is not responsible for damage, loss, destruction or theft of the exhibitor&#8217;s or their contractor&#8217;s property (exhibits, equipment and other), their staff and third parties, nor for injuries to the exhibitor or their contractor, their staff and third parties, caused by fire, storm, hail, lightning, breakage, water leakage, theft, or any other cause. The organizer is not responsible for damage, loss, destruction or theft of property and injuries to third parties resulting from the actions of the exhibitor or their contractor at the exhibition or event venue. The exhibitor or their contractor takes out appropriate insurance at their own expense.       <\/p><p>The exhibitor or their contractor is responsible for damage and accidents that they or their staff cause to the organizer and\/or third parties at the exhibition or event venue.  <\/p><p>The organizer assumes no warranty for vehicles left by exhibitors, their employees or authorized representatives or their contractors in the area of the exhibition or event venue or parking lot.  <\/p><p>There is no warranty for incomplete entries on the website and in printed materials (e.g., printing errors, formatting errors, incorrect translation, or if the entry is missing, etc.).<\/p><p>The exhibitor may not sublease the allocated exhibition, advertising or promotional space or part thereof to a third party. In case of violation, the organizer reserves the right to additionally charge the exhibitor 100% of the price of the allocated exhibition, advertising or promotional space.  <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">12.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">PRESENTATIONS<\/strong><\/p><p>The exhibitor must notify in writing and submit the exact program of presentations (e.g., musical performance, self-organized event, etc.) at the exhibition space to the organizer for prior confirmation and coordination no later than eight days before the event. The organizer is entitled, even after written permission has been issued, to limit or prohibit presentations that cause noise, dirt, dust, gas emissions, or otherwise disrupt the course of the event. Presentations may only take place in the exhibitor&#8217;s allocated exhibition space.   <\/p><p>All presentations at exhibition spaces must comply with the Law on Misdemeanors Against Public Order and Peace. The permitted noise level during the event is 60dB. The exhibitor must independently arrange all claims arising from copyright (SAZAS) for their own performances. The exhibitor undertakes to settle all claims arising from compensation for the use of copyright-protected works that they must pay to collective organizations operating in the Republic of Slovenia as the event organizer in accordance with current legislation (Article 159 of ZASP) for broadcasting live music (public performances). For this purpose, the tenant undertakes to inform the competent collective organizations for the enforcement of copyright and related rights about the use of protected works in a timely manner, at least eight days before the public performance, and in accordance with regulations.    <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">13.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">EXHIBITOR ACTIVITY \u2013 DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p><p>Sales are permitted on the condition that the exhibitor is properly registered for sales (farmers, sole proprietor, limited liability company, etc.) and has all the equipment required for cash sales by current legislation. In case of sales, the exhibitor must submit a copy of the registration document to the organizer when applying for the event. It is also mandatory to comply with all legal regulations when selling (issuing invoices, ensuring hygiene standards, etc.). The exhibitor must have all evidence of meeting the conditions for sales with them at all times during their presence at the event.   <\/p><p>The organizer has the right to cancel the exhibitor&#8217;s participation (performance) at the event if they do not submit the required documents.<\/p><p>For all editions of the Ljubljana Wine Route, the organizer will provide vouchers that visitors purchase at information points and use as a means of payment at exhibitor stands. Save the vouchers you receive and send them along with the settlement after the event to the organizer&#8217;s address. <\/p><p>All exhibitors, including those registered for sales and having all documents and equipment that enable them to do business with cash, are required to accept vouchers as a means of payment. The price of each item must be the same, regardless of whether the customer pays for it with vouchers or cash. <\/p><p>The exhibitor is responsible for borrowed inventory. In case of damage or theft, they will pay for it at the market price determined by the organizer. <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">14.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRAWING<\/strong><\/p><p>The organizer has the right to photograph, draw, record or otherwise depict exhibition spaces and exhibited items on film and video tape or record them on digital media and use the material for their own needs or for general use. The exhibitor waives all objections arising from copyright. Without the organizer&#8217;s permission, it is not allowed to photograph or make drawings of exhibition spaces or record them, with the exception of one&#8217;s own exhibition space (pavilion).   <\/p><p>All events are photographed and video documented, and for the purposes of general presentation, the organizer reserves the right to publish photographs in the media.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">15.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">CLEANING OF EXHIBITION SPACE (PAVILION)<\/strong><\/p><p>The organizer takes care of cleaning the common area after the event. Cleaning of exhibition spaces (wooden stands) is the responsibility of each exhibitor, but upon request, the organizer or an organization designated by them may take it over at the exhibitor&#8217;s expense. The exhibitor is required to properly separate all waste (glass, packaging, organic waste and paper) each day of the event into designated collection bins.   <\/p><p>If the exhibitor does not properly separate waste, the organizer may penalize them and transfer any costs of additional separation and inspection sanctions in the amount of 5,000.00 EUR. Waste removal is organized by the organizer. <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">16.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">SPECIAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p><p>An exhibitor who uses heating devices and other electrical appliances (cookers, household appliances, etc.) or uses open fire for their activities at the exhibition space must obtain written consent from the organizer before the start of the event.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">17.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">COURT<\/strong><\/p><p>The organizer and the participant will resolve all disputes amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction to resolve the dispute. <\/p><p><span style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">18.<\/span> <strong style=\"color: #bb565d; font-size: 1.4em; font-weight: 800;\">ORGANIZER&#8217;S NOTICE<\/strong><\/p><p>Any form of unauthorized promotion that is not in accordance with the instructions, event regulations and Instructions for Exhibitors will be sanctioned.
