1. SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
- Please submit all required information in the form below.
- Check if the form is complete and if the system indicates any missing information.
- By clicking the SEND button, your application will be submitted and will be legally binding.
- You will receive the form content and confirmation at the valid email address you provide upon registration.
- All prices listed in the e-Application are exclusive of 22% VAT, which is covered by each subscriber.
- Unless otherwise specified, all prices apply for the entire duration of the event and not per day.

2. PARTICIPATION AT THE PROMOTIONAL-SALES STAND
Participation price:
Price for one wine route event: 350.00 EUR + VAT
Price for both wine routes together: 600.00 EUR + VAT
The price for a one-day appearance includes:- a standard equipped stand (counter and sign), where you can present any number of your products;
- providing visitors with wine glasses;
- basic entry on the official website and a mention in the list of winemakers and culinary providers in the event’s promotional brochure;
- promotion of the event;
- the possibility of renting a spittoon and an ice bucket;
- ice supply.
NOTES
- by registering, you also accept the general terms and conditions of participation published on the website under the FOR EXHIBITORS tab;
- the application is legally binding and serves as a contract.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- deadline for package deal applications: May 31, 2026
- deadline for package deal payment: June 6, 2026
- deadline for delivery of promotional material to info points: June 11, 2026 (Summer Indulgence) and November 5, 2026 (St. Martin’s Day)
